Returns

Acceptable Reasons for Returns:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or appears tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Provide an unboxing video and images as proof. We will promptly investigate and take the necessary action.

  • Incorrect Product or Quantity Received: If we deliver the wrong product or incorrect quantity, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue after a quick review.

Unacceptable Reasons for Returns:

  • Late Notification: Returns are not accepted if you notify us more than 24 hours after receiving the product(s).

  • Used or Opened Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, including those with broken seals.

  • Non-Defective Returns: Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or our errors will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details and the reason for return.
  2. Ensure that products are returned in their original condition and packaging, with all seals intact.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your return request.

Refunds

Refund Conditions:

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The returned product shows signs of damage or tampering.
  • An incorrect shipping address was provided during the order process.
  • The product has been partially used or consumed before return.
  • You do not adhere to our return policy.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock.
  • The shipping address is outside our serviceable area.
  • The returned product is in its original, untampered condition, and the return reason is deemed valid.
  • You followed our returns policy.
  • A duplicate payment was made for a single order.

Refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days upon meeting the criteria above.

After return is received product will be delivered with 7 business days

 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, notify us within 24 hours of placing it with your order details. If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the product at your own expense. Refunds will be subject to deductions for shipping and processing fees, and only after the product is received and inspected.
